Some Retailer Testimonials...
I am writing this note in regards to the Fashion North Menswear Show, and
say, "a job well done." I am happy to see Fashion North for men continuing.
Congratulations on your upcoming 6th show. It is great to have a national
show again. It is well set up for me to do my work. I like the fact that
it is all on one floor, has open booth format, good visual displays, and
excellent variety. You can see at a glance the products being offered. This
type of buying environment allows me to use my time effectively. I now do
75% of my buy from the suppliers at this show, and I want that to grow.
I encourage all manufacturers, distributors, importers and designers to
show at this national menswear show - Fashion North.
Sincerely,
Jack Moro

I truly believe that this FashionNorth Menswear Show is important to us
all, both Retailers (like me) as well as Manufacturers. This Show is a benefit
to me living on the East Coast of Canada, because it allows me to interact
with other retailers who have stores just like mine, and to find new products
for my store that I would never find unless seeing them at Shows like FashionNorth.
But as a Canadian Retailer, I feel proud that our Industry supplies some
of the greatest products in the world, and there is no other place where
I would like to do my business but in Canada, at a Show like FashionNorth.
I think that we all need to come together and show that there is a Clothing
Industry in Canada. I have been in this Industry for almost 20 years and
have seen when there were big shows like at the Convention Centre, downtown
Toronto, and hotel shows, that went between Toronto and Montreal. But I
feel that the FashionNorth organizers know what this Industry needs, because
it uses the knowledge of people in the Canadian Industry. Retailers and manufacturers must support a Show in Canada if we wish to prove to the world that the Canadian Clothing Industry is alive and well. I personally support
this Show totally, especially as over 80% of my work is done at this Show
each season.
Sincerely,

THANK
YOU,
To the organizers of Fashion North.
We feel a show like this is a must. As retailers this show renews our interest
and enthusiasm, two key components for success.
We view the show on Sunday, both existing lines and new lines.
Monday and Tuesday we work by appointment. 85% of our season's buying is
done at this show.
Everything worthwhile takes time. So if you are not already participating
we highly recommend this show. It's your industry!!
Yours truly,

As a business person who appreciates an effective use of time, not to mention the benefit of reducing travel costs, FashionNorth has become a very important working Show for our buying team. The quality, selection and competitive pricing is second to none over competing trade shows, all of which want a share of your open to buy. The fact that manufacturers, importers and agents are all under one roof gives me the opportunity to compare quality and price instantaneously. As well, FashionNorth has allowed us to discover exciting new suppliers, some of whom have become an important component to our product mix.Without this Show I'm certain we would have never had the chance to discover each other. Between the New York Collective and FashionNorth, I predict that 75% of my spring buy budget will be dedicated to suppliers, manufacturers and agents who support the FashionNorth Show
